You get what you pay for
My room wasn’t ready when I got there, they did give me a new room, from the lobby to the hotel room smelled like smoke and mold, room was dirty, bathroom was disgusting, service at front lobby was rude, beds were uncomfortable and sheets were nasty, looked like fresh stains and hair all over the pillow cases, waterpark water was cold, I can see why this hotel is rated a two star. Not too mention they did not salt the parking lot. I have an infant and almost fell a few times. Inconvenience to be on the fourth floor and no elevator

It was a nice stay. The room could use some updates, but was clean and quite comfortable. The front desk person was exceptionally friendly! Will stay here again next year, it's much better than other properties in Mackinaw City, and quite reasonably priced for the accommodations.
