A pleasant attitude goes a long way

My colleagues and I arrived late evening for check in after a long flight and taxi ride from ICN. I was greeted by Ms. Jamie Lee for check in and both her and her co-worker were exceptional ! It is nice to have a friendly, patient team help get you to your room after a long day of travel. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

I’ve stayed here three times. The first and second visits were great, but the third time I brought my mom, and it was very disappointing. I requested an early check-in, but the front desk staff was saying room was not ready yet. So, we were waiting for the room. Later we asked again, and he told me there would be an extra fee, if you pay you can have a room not a friendly and looks little angry. Later, we went to the brunch buffet, and when my mom asked about the price, the staff at the counter answered in an unfriendly way he looked annoyed and didn’t smile at all. My mom felt embarrassed. I really expected better service, especially since I brought my mom, but it was terrible. The bathroom was also not clean and had a constant smell of urine. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again.

I tried to adjust the aircond to 23-21°C, but it just feels like normal air coming out of the aircond. Room stayed at 25°C which is a bit hot to sleep during night time.

I would like to comment on shower place. It doesn't makr sense that almost whole wash room get wet after shower everytime. The glass cannot block the water at all when shower. Guest must be very cautious to get out of thr shower place and the floor is too slippery after shower. This is quite dangerous to seniors and kids as well. Please consider to improve.
