I love the Waldorf Astoria Hotel brand. Their hotel staff know how to make a traveler feel at home. How ? 1.Tending to my needs for clean rooms. 2 Providing information about where to go or where to eat. 3. The turndown service with my selected scent sprayed around the room and bed before I went to sleep. 4. Free bottles of water each day. Most premium hotel don't do that anymore. 5. Great hotel Faultless service. Beautiful building. Excellent location. A really nice breakfast. Our room (326) was extremely comfortable, very quiet and had a lovely garden view. Very helpful concierge. High quality spa facilities.
