This hotel exceeded my expectations. My room, although small, was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. I was particularly pleased with staff at the front desk. They were pleasant, competent, and helpful.

The location couldn't be better. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy. Easy access to subway stations to get you anywhere in town. We went for a show at MSG and it was perfect to walk to.

Great location and nice hotel! Hard to find due to construction outside. Inside it’s a very functional place to stay in manhattan. Its spaces are small including the rooms but it was a great spot to rest!

Clean room, friendly staff and a decent price and the small gym is useful to just get something in

This property is a gem. The location is literally a one minute walk from Macy’s Herald Square, a five minute walk to Bryant Park and ten minutes from Times Square. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here several times and it can’t be beat. There are tons of restaurants within a ten minute walk including the entire vibe of Koreatown that is four blocks south.

I find the location very convenient, about 15 minutes' walk from Penn Station. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the room was clean and quiet and the bathroom well laid out. Checking in was quick and Gahid, who checked me in, was welcoming.
