I love Arlo properties. It's always a good vibe. The rooftop is lovely- service can be a little slowish, but everyone is nice and the atmosphere is great. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. I love that they have a steamer. Great location and just an all around great hotel. I would stay here again and recommend.

We had a phenomenal stay. The hotel is clean and has everything you could need. Their coffee is phenomenal, the restaurant was delicious (although pricey), and the location is perfect. I ​I travel to New York City for work three times a year, and this hotel has always been my reliable go-to base. Given my positive past experiences with the location and team, I didn’t hesitate to book again for this trip. Unfortunately, this stay was compromised by my room assignment. ​I was placed in a room directly adjacent to the elevator bank. Between the mechanical noise and constant guest traffic, the room was loud throughout the night, making it very difficult to get decent sleep before a full workday. While the staff and cleanliness were up to their usual standards, the soundproofing around the elevators is simply not adequate for business travelers
