Muitos batente de porta e móveis desgastado a dão impressão de baixa qualidades Cadeiras do café da manhã com parte plástica rachadas mostram que não há preocupação com a manutenção dos móveis. Ar condicionado ou gelava demais ou não gelava. Liguei na recepção para perguntar como apagava a luz E a resposta foi simplesmente eu não sei e não posso ajudá-lo …. Café da manhã muito bem servido e com funcionários cordiais. É um diferencial do hotel.

Nossa estádia foi tranquila e agradável. Tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado do quarto que não funcionava, nos comunicamos com a recepção e nos mandaram aguardar a manutenção. Entendendo que isso não foi o que reservei, fui até a recepção. Fomos prontamente atendidos pelo Eder, que resolveu tudo e nos colocou em um quarto em que tudo funcionava perfeitamente. Agradeço ao Eder pela gentileza e atenção dispensada. Agradeço também a arrumadeira Zezé, ela deixou nossa estadia mais agradável todos os dias, deixando nosso quarto sempre impecável.
