Great hotel but unfortunately I had a small window in my room ,which wasn't great. The hotel was in a good area for restaurants and the beach . Breakfast was good . There was always fresh fruits and omelettes and plenty of other choices. The roof top pool was good and staff where very nice and helpful. So all in all a great place to stay.

A nice hotel in a really good location. Close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are clean and the staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is average. Not much to choose from. They only give one key card per room.

The overall stay was good, except that it is not soundproof and we could hear many noise of people chatting at the corridor, showering next room or the selling of buns. Location is ideal, service was good and breakfast was good for such a small hotel

Amazing quality for the price, nicest hotel I've been to for a budget backpacker. Hot shower with amazing pressure. Cold air con. Comfortable clean bed. Buffet breakfast was a bonus. Staff very friendly. Pool was nice but ruined by other tourists chain smoking as it's a small area. Not the hotels fault.

Great stay at Palazzo
Walk a block and your on the beach. Many shops and restaurants located on the hotel street. Safe area to walk around. There's a closed off nightly walking street just a block away. Good comfortable vibe. For Vietnam, the buffet breakie is pretty good. Room was fine as clean and adequate. Nice small rooftop pool. Service was great and helpful, especially from friendly and smiling Sarah! Tip: be prepared for a hard bed. Would definitely stay here again as good bang for my Canadian buck!

This hotel was fantastic! It certainly deserves better stars, at least 4+! The standard of the hotel was clean and modern. We knew it would be a great stay when we arrived at the reception, it gave us a hint of the standard. We came a bit earlier than check in, but Gracie was so helpful that she met us with tea while she tried to check us in earlier, which she sucessfully did. We got great help with transport and booking to ba na hills which helped us standing in que when we were there. Lots of tourist there so it spared us a lot of time. We booked transport further to hue when leaving, she helped us with call the driver to pick us up at the hotel and not the busstop. The whole staff was amazing and very helpful and kind. But hands down, Gracie was excellent, we got a lot of great tips. The hotel should promote her! By far one of the best hotels experience we have had in Vietnam so far. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Terribly. First of all, i came there about 12:00 but they told me time to check in at 14:00. I am okay with it. I waited for 2hrs and i came to the front desk and asked them to check me in. But they told me they dont have room the one that i already booked. Wait a minus, why did not they let me know at the beginning. They let me waited for 2 hrs and did not say anything until i came and ask them. They did not respect the customers. Second, the room was very dirty and smell of ac like cigaret. Breakfast did not have any taste. Finally, my vacation was ruined by this hotel. I stayed a lot of hotels all around the world such as Cancun, Hawaii, Florida, Singapore… but this one was the most disappointed i have ever had. Never want to come back to this hotel anymore and i dont recommend this hotel to anyone for your future references.

Good place to stay in DaNang
It was a perfect location. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of places to walk to for food. Breakfast was decent. We did the family room that had two bedrooms connected. It was very nice to have the two bathrooms and bedrooms. The showers do leak out so it makes a pretty big mess when taking a shower. Overall, it was a great stay!
