They were so amazingly flexible and accommodating, I cannot rate their customer service highly enough! We tried to leave the island a day early due to the COVID lockdown in Brisbane and they were happy to provide a refund only to have us return back 5 hours later after our flight was cancelled needing a room back. They found a room for us immediately and were incredibly flexible with our check out the next day for our rescheduled flight. Travelling with children this could have been a nightmare but thanks to them it was seamless. Also the location is perfect and what an incredible view!! We loved our stay here and will be back. Thank you so much WAHI!

Loved the Whitsunday Apartments and would stay there again. Friendly, helpful staff. The only down side was some of the furniture is a bit dated.
