Staff was fantastic. Spa area was nice. Room was overall very nice and clean. There was no furniture on the balcony, we wished there had been. Food in the hotel restaurant was really tasty. The area the hotel is in is not pretty, but being close to shopping and so close to the bus station was really positive. We really enjoyed our stay here.

From the very loving staff to the beauty of the hotel, it’s cleanliness, the breakfast, the beautiful rooms, the variety of spa options which are free except for the main massage, everything was just so perfect! I love love this hotel and the staff and I will surely come back soon. Albania has my heart but this hotel just made my stay the best and big kisses to all the staff at doanesia
