Do not stay here!
This hotel ruined my honeymoon and is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They claim to be a 5 star luxury hotel & spa. The website & their hotels.com page look so relaxing & day they are family oriented. It could not be any more opposite. They hold a day time party at the pool from around noon to 8 pm. The music is so extremely loud that you hear it from your room, from the beach and anywhere on the property. We had to move rooms twice because we had such bad headaches from the music. On top of that there is a club that played such loud music until 3:30 am. Our bed was literally shaking from the bass. We made sure we were gone from the hotel all day long, the party was that bad!
Not only was this not the romantic stay we were expecting for our honeymoon, the hotel is definitely more of a 3 star hotel, not 5. They lost our room key so the whole stay we had to go get an employee to let us in and out of our room. It was a nightmare. One time we came back to our room and it was unlocked. Who knows how long it was open!!!
The employees were nice and did the best we could but we felt completely robbed from this relaxing hotel experience they promise. Plus they don’t even have a spa, it’s such a scam!
Seriously if you are not looking to party and listen to loud music on your holiday DO NOT COME HERE!
