Caesar was amazing. I live in the south and I am used to southern hospitality but he took it took a new level. He met us at our car outside of the hotel to make sure we parked in the right spot; carries in our luggage; brought us up a welcome drink to our room while we were getting settled before we went to Taylor Swift concert. He told us places to go after that were a lot of fun. Definitely made our trip more enjoyable!!

This property is a top tier property — from the moment I parked, literally Mia assisted me from my car to my room and carried my bag for me. Any need or request I had was immediately met. The atmosphere is on another level. I’m a person who books a hotel based on how it looks. The pictures of this place won me over but have nothing on the beauty and design in person. It is stunning— the pool area, the room itself, the lobby, all of it was so gorgeous. The staff was superb as well. I can’t say enough! 10 out of 5 stars!!

The hotel was ok. In great area, so that’s the biggest value. We were at the “oaks” property however which meant parking was across the way, which was challenging in terms of check in and leaving (I’m pregnant). I wish we had been given a heads up about that. The room smelled a bit musty. Couldn’t open windows to air out the room. But overall it was fine enough. Room was big. Toilet would make funny noises for a while after flushing every time. Glad everything felt clean. Prob wouldn’t stay here again. I think our expectations were just a bit too high.

I absolutely loved everything about this room on the inside. It was a little small but it was very nice and clean. We were able to check in early that morning instead of waiting until the 4:00 PM check in time. You park in one parking lot but you have to walk around the corner to the hotel we were going to stay in but that was absolutely no problem. The building looks a little old on the outside but it was still a nice place to stay and very beautiful. We were in walking distance to St. Charles street where we enjoyed Voodoo barbecue and there were plenty other eateries on the strip. The train trolley came through about every 15 minutes or so which was nice if we needed it. We were in town for the Saints vs Cowboys game which made getting around much easier if you did't want to be caught up in all that traffic for the game. This hotel was only 1 mile from the Superdome which was also one of the reasons I booked it. I would definitely book this hotel again if I ever needed a place to stay in NOLA again. Again absolutely wonderful.

Arrive at 2pm and want to check in and the guy at the front desk said no room available without even check the computer. Making us wondering around waiting till 4 to check in. Later on find out of the two night we stay at the 8 units building was just us, no one else.

We arrived after dark and the place was on a dark street. The did not tell us that check in was at another property. Finding it in unfamiliar streets half of which were one way streets was a challenge to road weary travelers. Other than that all was fine.
