Clean rooms, helpful staff
Very comfortable room. Front desk was very accommodating at check in - I’m in the midst of chemo and they found me a room near the side entrance that meant I didn’t have to do a lot of walking. The restaurant cook didn’t show up to work this morning, but the hotel arranged for us to get breakfast at the hotel next door. Super service!

Disappointing Quick Stay
It was disappointing for a Hampton Inn. There was a half-eaten sandwich in the refridgerator. The second sheet on the king size bed was undersized. There was insufficient electrical outlets near the bed. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The surrounding area has only one sit down restaurant, but it is good.

It was ok
Overall customer service was good. Front desk was happy and polite. The rooms and other stuff could use upgrades. The cleanliness was ok. The light in the bathroom above sink did not work, the ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Ice bucket in room was dirty. We only stayed one night traveling, the price for the condition of the room was way to high. There was a moldy/mildew smell in the hall and room, I think coming from air conditioners. Over all the stay was not 100% bad

It's OK, Had Better
The hotel was convenient, right off the I-95 highway. Hotel seemed fine until needed to take a shower in the morning. Only the bath would work, no water out of the shower at all. Complained to the front desk but they did nothing. Very disappointed we had to complete our trip to New Jersey without getting a clean start.
