One of the worst hotel services, no elevator, very far from public transportation (more than twenty minutes on foot to the nearest public transportation station), the worst receptionist ever, no cleaning of rooms, no clean towels, there is an additional payment to operate the air conditioner in the room (Twenty-five euros per night), I do not advise anyone to visit at all.

Very dirty room, you have to pay 25Euro extra for one night for the air conditioner, I paid but at the night many times they turned off the air conditioner. I told them about it, but their response was:you can complain.

The staff (at least the 1 woman working at reception) said she couldn’t find our reservation, even though we gave her our confirmation number and code and showed her the multiple emails we had confirming this reservation. She kept telling us our reservation wasn’t there/wasn’t paid for. Only after we had booked a new place, she went to look through their emails and found out reservation. Our room was not properly cleaned, we found a light mer and half a used cigarette under the beds. Will not be coming back.
