Quiet, central and quirky.
Super location…paid a lot for facilities that couldn’t be used with the cold weather (outside bats and rooftop pool) Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Loved the decor of rooms,…particularly enjoyed the whale tail taps :) Shame breakfast was so expensive/not included, so I ate elsewhere

Unsatisfactory Service.
I was extremely disappointed in the service at the margaritaville restaurant. We had to beg for a drink only one other couple at the bar. Ordered food never came and was charged. Had to ask for another drink. Not once did anyone come by and ask how was everything do you need anything !!!! I expected better especially for the price and the resort fee. It was like self serve

Rooms were nice and clean, but the room is soo tiny. Literally no where to put your suitcases and walk. It only has a standup shower with no door that gets water all in the floor. We checked out January 6th and i have yet to receive my security deposit back.
