The hotel is very very family friendly. The room is very comfortable and warm. Highly recommended for families with breakfast and dinner package. Next to Taksim square and station in less than 10 minutes walk. The food was very nice and good quality with smile specially on dinner time from Mustafa and Kubra as family bfast and dinner timing was good. Bfast was buffet and dinner or a la carte whatever available. The hotel was having construction but we didn’t feel the noise. The looby terrace food was amazing also worth every Lera. Taxi easy to find from the hotel. teleferik Is just behind the hotel taking you up to Nishantishi area good for dinner or lunch.

I stayed in this Hotel from January 22nd to January 30th. Staffs are extremely unfriendly, ignorant and too proud. A lot of them are untrained. No one greeted me when I arrived. they made a lot of troubles for me, I also saw cleaner pretending to clean the sheets when I said I want to change sheets, He only changed duvet cover and not bed sheet, I complained and they tried to send me a gift basket or something, but at 9pm when I was resting they came and started knocking. I wasnt expecting anyone and also i was asleep, he opned the door to bring some gifts to say sorry to all the things that happened. Which was worst because he entered when I was sleeping. They also sent me pork when I request for no pork and ham they later told me they sent me chicken ham but the menu says the breakfast comes with pork and ham not anything else. Break fasts was never consitant. Sometimes fruits missing etc. When when I checked out, I asked to collect my luggage and 20 mins no one came, so I was late and I took my bags by myself to lobby. It was 3 bags, when I checked out also, all these men at the counter and bell NO HELPED ME. Pls check your CCTV, extremely bad service and too proud and ignorant staffs. Only friendly staffs were at the gym area. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I chose it for the view, but you can choose any hotel for the view.

Except for the noise in near by premises, and somehow old furniture , the hotel is really good. Nice rooms, gym, cafe, and all amenities are perfect. Staff is amazing :). Room service is fast, wifi is extremely good.
