About this home

Are you looking for a holiday home in a quiet area? Then you've come to the right place here. This beautiful mansion was built more than 200 years ago and restored in 2007, while keeping its Mallorcan character. There are loungers near the large swimming pool and a lawn to play on. There is a veranda at the house with sofas and tables for you to enjoy from early in the morning until late in the evening.

It is a large house of 200m2, which consists of 5 bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor, and two on the top floor, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. Also, the house has a private pool, a porch furnished with sofas and tables, several gardens and lawns.

Not far from the mansion you'll find the town of Villafranca, where you can go for a bite to eat or a cycling tour (if you like sports activities). The beautiful town of Felanitx is also close to the holiday home. In Felanitx you'll find nice shops and a large square with many outdoor cafes. On the mountain just behind Felanitx, there is a monastery with a beautiful view.
