The room was a good size and plenty of space. Had issue with the kitchenet area and was reported. Great location and only 4kms from Lake Wendouree, went to see fireworks new years eve. Had an indoor pool and had a dip each night. I would highly recommend this Inn.

We love how quiet it is, and calm. The rooms are spotless and cosy or cool, depending on weather. Our highlight is always the pool, the kids are in it from the time we get there to the time we leave. We've been here many times before and will continue to return when we visit Ballarat in the future
