This property was beautiful, with a lot of potential! We loved returning to the quiet solitude after a busy day in town. The plunge pool on our patio was delightful. Jason, Yourjely, and the staff were very attentive and helped set up our excursions without a hitch, and Captain Joe was always available for a ride to town! The chefs were excellent and always prepared yummy meals. This is a very beautiful resort. We were able to kayak along the shore and sightsee much of the island. Seeing Lucy, the rehabbed turtle was a treat each day! We hope that they are successful in finding her a mate and making Turtle Island a haven for sea turtles! We would recommend this resort wholeheartedly!

I was able to visit this property with 4 friends. The Villa we stayed in was absolutely GORGEOUS. We had two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, an indoor and outdoor living space, and our own private pool. The Villa was clean and decorated nicely. The main communal pool and restaurant area was beautifully done as well. The food from the on-site restaurant was okay, not a big menu. The facility did help us coordinate a private dinner in our Villa with a menu made by the chef. That dinner was AMAZING! The food was delicious and the set up they did was beautiful! You’re a bit off the main town, you do have to take a 10 minute boat ride to get on/off the resort island. The staff help you coordinate times. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Ignoring the horrible customer service by the property owner and the purposefully deceptive room descriptions (a house is just a small room), the property itself was horribly maintained. The shower had almost no water pressure and no hot water during our 3 day stay. At best you could expect a lukewarm shower. The majority of the outdoor lighting doesn’t work so walking back to your room at night requires a flashlight to avoid falling off the elevated wooden walkway. None of the appliances worked properly and would beep constantly throughout the day. Basically this property is 2 star quality being sold as 4-5 star. Do yourself a favor and spend your money staying at a hotel on the main San Pedro island and avoid this dilapidated property. I will say the only bright point was the staff, outside of the property manager, they were extremely friendly and really deserve to be a better property.

We had a magical experience. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They were able to put us in touch with a tour guide for excursions off the island. The overall island is quaint, beautiful and just a wonderful experience. There isn’t a lot to do on the island except swim and relax but that’s exactly what we wanted to do. The food was also really good. We will definitely be back soon! Our new favorite place.
