We love everything about The Palms. It feels like home and the staff are responsive, warm, friendly, yet respectful of privacy. The units are clean, comfy, and roomy… sweet pool, and a dream of a view.. close to our favorite restaurants and handy for snorkel trips. Property was nice, large, clean, and walkable to downtown San Pedro. Management very nice and helpful. Only issue was the TV kept freezing when watching it. Our visit was wonderful!! Will be back.

We loved our stay at The Palms! The staff were all so courteous and helpful. The views of the sea were amazing. The room was very large with nice furnishings. It had everything we needed. They took care of our flight into and out of San Pedro, had our golf cart ready and gassed up at the resort and booked all our excursions and restaurant reservations. The only one complaint I have is the bed was so hard I had to spend the week sleeping on the couch which is a pretty big deal and would effect a future stay.

I loved everything about this property, the proximity to the beach, to dining, the room/apt was spacious, felt warm and welcoming. Guido at the front desk, very professional and helpful. The security guys were all great, there was that extra piece of mind knowing security was on duty. This will be the only place I stay when I go back to San Pedro. Hidden gem for sure.
