Just ok nothing special
The hotel is very very short staffed . The buffet is not open every night for dinner The food is just ok . The restaurant by pool takes at least 1-2 hours to get your food . Getting your room clean and getting clean towels was a job every day we had to ask and wait hours for them , coffe shop was down underneath the hotel in a real bad place and was just ok if you like a dungeon. The beach was awful dirty dirt dirty even the water. No staff to keep it clean . The pools were nice but very very very cold . There are 4 restaurants but if you have kids you cannot go to the 4 th one adult only . We where a family if 6 adults an 3 kids an we would define pick a different place . We got tired of oh I will let them know or oh I will call someone . Not going there again . It’s only a 4 year old hotel but it feels very outdated. Not very clean cause the have no staff.

We got a very bad experience and change hotel 3 days before the end of our vacation. Halft of the elevators does not work. Tennis curt was destroy. Basket court was close in very bad shape. Mini golf was in bad condition. Management took all our complains and try to acomodate us but the infraestructure is damage. All pictures in hotel.com are fake. Service was good the staff always try to be helpfull but they do not have the tools to be a good resort

Family with 4 kids. Plenty!!! of kids activities. Tons of fun at the pool area with entertainment team. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful with anything you need. We have a variety of personalities with our kids, one is super shy, quiet, and reserved, one knows no stranger in life, one loves video gaming and other games like air hockey, and things, and one who wants to do anything and everything for the experience. This resort has something for absolutely anyone and everyone! The late night shows are in an area where the sound can be as loud as they want, without bothering people who like to end the night early. Night club for adults to have fun, kids club that all of our kids LOVE! And plenty of other adult and kid activities. You will never be board or uncomfortable. There are so many reviews in regards to the food… I’m here to say, let not your heart be troubled. This place has amazing food and lots of choices on their menus. Our favorite was the breakfast buffet. The snack bar/ coffe shop for lunch, and we never got anything we didn’t like from any of the other locations. The late night kiosko snack bar was perfect for late night snacking. We have a very picky eater in our family and we never had a problem finding something at any time. Our personal opinion on the other reviews regarding bad food, I think they are beyond picky or are perfectionists, or something of the sorts. This place serves many people with great food quality. We will absolutely be back again

The resort and all the staff were exceptional. We were there in what was considered low season so it was quiet but still excellent service and facilities. The kids provision was far better than we expected (kids club, soft play, kids pool, mini cinema, trampolines, games room, mini golf). Food and drink quality was great - a la carte restaurants fantastic. The team / staff could not do more for you. We had to extend our stay twice due to medical reasons and they were nothing but accommodating. Great little beach with soft white sand. Great for sandcastles. Seaweed issue / but they’re doing what they can with that - it is the same is all resorts in the area. Would definitely recommend.

We loved everything about the property except the restaurants. There were 5 available but theyre never open at the same times. The buffett is best but only open breakfast and lunch gaurnetted. The other 4 restaurants would be closed breakfast and lunch. Then when dinner comes you will have an option of 3 or 4 of them. Which is do able but inconvenient if you dont like one or two of the restaurants. Its also note worthy that they restaurants only have 2 or 3 dishes to choose from. Not a full restaurant menu. But other than that we loved the resort for the price. Very nice. Wonderful staff. We really enjoyed it. Just wish we had known beforehand.

Overall, had an excellent trip probably by far. Best vacation I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly. Food was excellent besides Mexican you don’t really get true Mexican food. Drinks were good a lot of stuff to do wish I stayed longer. room was absolutely beautiful our butler Rodrigo made this trip 10 times better super nice humble guy definitely deserves a raise always there whenever we need something or willing to help out
