It’s a beautiful resort, whoever designed this place did an amazing job. The food is okay, as expected with any all inclusive resort. I will say the food is better than other places I’ve stayed at but could be better. My room smelled strange like old water that was masked with room spray, my tv didn’t work. I also wished check out was a little more clear, you need to check out, return the bracelets and get a checkout ticket in order to get into your airport shuttle bus. There was only one person working the front and it took them forever to get to me, I had to bite off my bracelet and put it on the desk with my key card and then the bellboy said if I don’t get a return ticket I can’t leave. I rushed back and asked for one before my shuttle left me. It’s a beautiful resort overall but from my experience I don’t think I’ll go back.
