Fantastic little gem in Ocean City
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to attend a multi-day music festival, and we were very impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff were. We had a minor water leak from the toilet base and it was addressed and fixed the same day. Our room was spacious and clean. Having the full refrigerator and kitchen were great. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area and just looking for a clean place to rest your head!

Nice stay for a weekend get away!!
The Hotel was very good for weekend stay. Room was clean and nicely maintained. The owners were extremely nice and helpful!! Hotel was an older hotel and parking was tight. But owner was accommodating with off sight parking. Only one item I would comment on was shower! It showed hotels age with some mold in the grout. Was definitely cleaned but should remedy that to make it a perfect stay for a weekend get away!

First and foremost I’d like to thank Ben for making our stay one of the most convenient, comfortable, and memorable trips to ocean city yet. We were running late on our arrival date and Ben waited up for us to make sure we got in and settled okay. He was more than accommodating and worked hard to ensure our trip got off to a great start! Our room seemed recently updated with a sofa bed, kitchen table, full-size fridge, two burners, and a smart TV! (WiFi was fast and reliable too). The bathroom, although a little dated, was very clean and stocked with fresh linens and toiletries. The room itself was spotless and smelled fresh, not stale like most beach hotel/motels. The property itself is your typical beach motel. There is limited parking at the motel/office but there is an overflow lot about a block away and plenty street parking. Morning routines are easy with a Starbucks and several breakfast options on the same block! The location itself is very convenient, it was a two minute walk to the beach! All in all, the cleanliness, location, hospitality from the staff, convenience, and value made this a 5/5 stay for us! Will be returning soon! Thanks again Ben!

The room is small, not so clean, smelly with bleach, due to family urgency, I called Hotel.com rep, need to check out earlier and canceled the 2nd day and request a refund and was told that she would contact the Hotel next morning, I should be able to get a refund for the 2nd day, I did check out on Aug 14, at 8 am, later on I received an email that I am not able to get a refund, would you review and hope hotel. com could give me back a refund the my 2nd day or give me credit back. thank you for your consideration

The staff here were great. We showed up at 10am after checking out of a different property. I asked the front desk to please call me if early check in became available as we were going to the beach near the property. The gentlemen had our room ready and let us check in early (at 10am!). It was great. The room was spotless and very nice and updated. Overall, this is the best motel ive ever stayed in at OCMD (and ive been coming here for 15 years).

Nice little motel. Family that runs it is super kind and accommodating. Its not a super fancy place as it is an older building. I didnt like the beds at all, but thats more of personal preference and no fault of the owners at all. Your just a few feet from the beach and boardwalk.
