Yup
Clean, convenient, “affordable”, friendly. No parking sucks, as does the $25 place in the alley down the block. I just parked at a train station a few stops away to save money, and have my vehicle safer from thieves and the literal million rats in the area. $5/day to park, $5 total in train fare, and the sub lets off across the steer from the hotel. Hotel itself was nice and minimal in room, the bar areas seemed to be pretty popular, as was the breakfast bar. I’d 100% stay here again.

Heads up about the sizes of the rooms.
It was really small to be that expensive and there was no mention it was that small until we were checking in at the reception. To late at that point to get anything else. The king sizes bed was no bigger than a full sizes.
