Located in not very nice area, very close to all the monuments. Room was not very clean bathroom ceiling was peeling by a light fixture and couches had stains ughh. Btw- 60 bucks for parking is absolutely high way robbery!

This place is total garbage
Check in was chaotic.. A/C in the room did not work.. Reception had no manners. Next morning went to Reception again to check out and ask for manager. Would not even look away from screen and say hello.. breakfast was till 9.00 they started blocking people at 9.01.. Spoke to general manager who was full of excuses and denial. His response .. " I wasnt there so i wouldn't know"

The room was 82 degrees. Called for assistance but nothing was done. Many people complaining, but no assistance... A service man came in and flipped the thermostat around but nothing happened. Will not stay there again!

Disappointed in Hyatt
Definitely not what I expected for a Hyatt. It took nearly two hours for my room to be ready at check-in. The staff at front desk were friendly but ill prepared. There was major construction right outside my window. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and I had not bath towels. The pillows were filthy and sheets unclean. AC was not working and room was moldy. Certainly not a place I would stay again especially given the cost.

Our room was not Clean. Food left in refrigerator. Cleaning supplies left behind. Front desk personnel not hospitable. The glass that was supposed to be secured on side table was not feel off on my foot. I was not injured but totally could have been badly. I want to be compensated for at least one night.
