    Below average

Nothing open at checkin (11pm) could not even get a bottle of water. Lobby had a very strange smell. Also security was very high. All doors locked and had to wait for someone to let us in from the outside. Uneasy feeling.

Food was terrible- served on paper - COVID related. Vaccines are out you need to get rid of the masks and go back to full service restaurant. We were very disappointed

    Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill

The hotel was very conveniently located for the sights we planned to visit. It was also a very short walk from Union Station. Given the circumstances of the pandemic, it was a good choice.

First and Last time - below Hyatt standards!

Room was very dusty. Bed uncomfortable and pillows like mush - terrible - our necks are hurting badly! We were not told at check in that you have to request daily room cleaning. Therefore after a sweaty day out walking we returned to the unmade bed and last nights dirty towels on the floor, had to call front desk twice for towels!

Great hotel (need to ask for service)

Great, wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed for two nights. Did not get any service after the first night. We didn't really need anything but coffee which I had to go to the front desk to get. Ask about service when you check in. Otherwise great hotel.

    Completely disappointed

This is the most I have ever paid for a hotel. We were given a menu and told we could only get room service. That was fine but we tried to get food for two days and no one would answer the phone, not even the front desk. Walked down to the front desk and 50 ppl where in line. The gift shop closed which was our only source of drinking water. Totally unacceptable for paying $600 a night for a hotel.I trusted the Marriott name that we would be taken care of. I cancelled Resv at Sofitel, St Regis and one other hotel because I thought I could depend on your service. With the amt of people expected in DC the hotel should have at least had food and water available. Then at checkout, hundreds of $s of food chrgd to my room. We never once got our phone calls to ™ service or front desk answered! Unacceptable!
