Great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so roomy, clean, and very comfortable. There was some days that I did not wanna leave the room because it was so nice. I would definitely stay here again. The plus side of it is that there are plenty of restaurants nearby so you can easily walk to any of them without going far.

For just a overnighter the room was perfect. The size didn't really affect us because it was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable which are important factors for us when we stay at hotels. There are some things that would've made it perfect and wouldn't take much effort or costly. The towels were stiff and thin and we like a nice fluffy comforter and that's it! Other than that, we would stay there again and tell friends as well.

awesome Hotel

Check in time was supposed to be after 2 pm. I actually got there at 6 am from an early flight and then let me check in then. Not too many hotels. Will let you do that. The rooms are great and super quiet. Kind of a funky industrial design rooms and hotel.

It was clean and service was great. However, the bed was on the floor which was off putting. The TV did not work, not even turn on, which they had to fix. They had the cleaning bin in front of our door for hours at a time, multiple times, making it very difficult to enter/exit the room. I just expected more based on the price per night.

We had a great one night romantic getaway. The rooms had a nice modern charm. Great location that’s. Try close to Union Market and all the surrounding stores and restaurants. Plus a very reasonable price for DC. We’ll be back.

Hotel Nell is very cute with a rich history & the staff we interacted with was so kind but the parking situation is expensive & nightmarish. The staff seems a little confused on where you can park & when & there is an entire lot unused attached to the building which was incredibly frustrating. Our first night there was a drying fan on the floor in the hallway, I believe for a leak in another room, inconvenient but not at all an issue.. the second night the fan was no longer there & you could hear someone breathe too loud in the room next door. Wouldn’t likely stay again but mainly for the conveniences of parking & privacy, not because of quality or service.

Beautiful Place, Friendly Staff

This boutique hotel was beautiful. I booked the family room, it came with a king size bed and bunk beds that my son enjoyed!! The rooftop bar was nice and the bartender was great!! We will definitely be staying again when we’re visiting again!!

Awesome Hotel!

We had the most incredible stay! The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. Both workers at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating with my family. We booked the family room. Accessibility is big for us since our daughter is disabled but they were very welcoming. The staff member Steven was kind enough to take our Family photo! We can’t wait to return!

This hotel was great for a one night stay in DC. Not far from capital one arena and right next to union market. Check in was at 4 so we were able to walk around the market while waiting which was nice. Staff were friendly but never gave us instructions for how to get to our room which was a little confusion. I would stay here again though

Great and unique hotel near Union Market. Comfortable and great for a business trip. Rooftop bar was fun with a great view. Beautiful and eclectic decor. Volume on my TV didn't work for some reason. Overall great stay!
