I want to thank the staff specifically Annie, maintenance and the morning manager. We left a very important possession behind after we checked out and the staff was quick on retrieving and keeping it safe until we returned an hour or so later. The service and hospitality were great. We also chose this hotel because of the pool and breakfast which was very much needed after a long vacation.

I had mixed emotion about reviewing. The hotel was clean, the desk person Brianna was very helpful with a lock/card issue that I and others had. I thought the breakfast was mediocre was best. I was there to play in a 2 day golf event so in those situations, I don't have high expectations but I like the basics to be good. The lock issue was an annoying but not a deal breaker. As previously mentioned, the facilities were clean and the room amenities were in good order.

The location is ideal, close to major attractions yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat after a busy day. I also loved the breakfast in the morning—fresh, varied, and delicious. In short, Hotel exceeded all expectations. I felt truly cared for, and I will absolutely be returning.
