Girls weekend Spring 2023
Fabulous in every way, especially service, with two exceptions 1) Elevators were not working well which caused delays 2) Lighting in the bathroom is terrible for doing makeup. We had to go sit in the chair by the window to be able to properly see. The lighted makeup mirror is not good enough, and using the big mirror is impossible.

Brilliant stay, but.........
We had an exceptional stay. The hotel is definately a statement and you feel like you are part of a by gone era staying there. My only criticism would be the lack of response to emails and special requests. I phoned and sent emails with specific details and requests and none of these were answered. Not sure where the communication is breaking down. Would have like a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Its a bit of an inconvenience to have to call room service for a simple cup of tea. Otherwise our stay was amazing and I would stay here again.
