ne of the most preferred Four Seasons Hotels
Been choosing Beverly Wilshire as our preferred hotel whenever we visit LA for the past 15yrs. We've stayed at other 5* hotels in the area, including its sister hotel 2miles out, Beverly Wilshire continues to out perform the others (and yes including its sister hotel which to be honest not what we would choose). @Beverly Wilshire, Front desk / Valet / In-Room dining / Housing Keeping / Greeter all have been excellent. They have renovated rooms over the past year which modernizes the experience. A few things I like to see improvements though... In the Suites, it would be 'better' if there's more light in the living room (just 1 floor lamp currently and it's a big dim at night)...Also if you look at an angle at the floor in front of the toilet bowl, the floor had stains (not just the room we stayed recently, but during previous stays too) - hence Housing keep will need to pay more attention to. There's also a few serious cracks at the shower marble where the shower door is.... But still one of the most preferred Four Seasons Hotels.

They charge to bring ice to your room $10.75 per bucket and no bucket in the room. This hotel has no microwave nor usable refrigerator to store my insulin. The hotel is too greedy pass it up.
