A great stay right in the center of everything.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is really perfect. You can walk to everything you could want, including the lagoon. It was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food downstairs is delicious.

My husband and 2 kids spend 2 nights in this place. We made the reservation going off of the good reviews on Expedia. The place needs a lot of improvements, first of all the toilet wasn’t working properly, we had to pour water to flush after each use. It lacks of air conditioning so the nights were very hot, using oscillating fans only. The beds are hard as a rock. To make matters worse, at checkout we were told we left some stains on one of the beds and that we were going to be charged extra for that but they were going to wave that charge for us, but they told us to be careful for when we use other facilities because we could get charged lots of money for leaving stains on the bed sheets. Apparently they don’t wash bedding sheets. Not entirely sure what that was all about! I would not use this facility again!

Séjour de 3 jours entre amies. Chambre spacieuse, équipée d'une cuisine. Grands lits et matelas confortables. Eau potable à disposition gratuitement. Hôtel très bien situé en centre-ville prix des restaurants, des sites touristiques et de la lagune. Personnel accueillant et disponible si besoin. Pas de parking à l'hôtel mais des places à proximité.

Iba con mucho miedo por lo del baño compartido pero tuve una muy grata sorpresa de que toda mi estancia estuvo súper limpio todo, muy funcional poder tener una cocina donde preparar o calentar tu comida, sin duda volvería a reservar en este lugar a parte de que llegas caminando a todos lados y está muy muy céntrico

Perfecta ubicación ,con un cuarto muy aluzado.

El cuarto que nos dieron es muy amplio con una cama king y otra individual, estaban un poco dura el colchón y tiene mucha luz que entra por las cortinas no blokea mucho la luz de afuera , y pues el baño se comparte con otros dos cuartos que están en el mismo piso,y pues la música de los restaurantes de al lado aunque ya para las 11:30 pm se queda ya todo tranquilo. Pero aun así vale la pena la estadía , pues está en el meró centro de todo el pueblito la plaza jardín con puestos de artesanías enumeró enfrente del lugar, y la Laguna hermosa y El Fuerte, y muchos restaurantes para comer, aunque no me gusto mucho la comida de varios restaurantes que probamos, ah pero Bacalar tiene las mejores Marquesitas que he probado recomendadas y los Dorilocos con esquites en otra plazita se ponen varios puestos lo mejor ., pero todo en realidad estuvo bien nuestra estadía allí , quizás si volviera a regresar a Pata de Perro y conocimos a la mascota del lugar a la cual llamamos Romie , y su nombre después supimos que era Brownie. :)

Chambre familiale à l étage très spacieuse avec kitchenette. Lits jumeaux très confortables, lit double un peu vieillot. L hôtel est bien placé , calme, accueillant . La climatisation n est pas assez puissante. La douche non plus. Très bon rapport qualité / prix.

We arrived and they had overbooked us with an Airbnb reservation. They told us there was no room, nothing they could do except help us find another hotel. It made a really rough start to our trip here in Bacalar. If you choose this place, I would recommend booking through Airbnb as they prioritize those reservations.
