I could not give the hotel a 5-star rating because there were a number of things that were not appreciated: 1) my room had a remnant of smoke fumes in it 2) when I voiced my concern on several things not working in my room, they were not corrected 3) the rooftop frequently has a dog meet up and this was not stated at check-in or on website, dogs bring a certain level of uncleanliness as they were in common areas, not to mention those who have allergies to pet hair. 4) the front desk attendant was not as welcoming as they could have been as you must know this job requires you to be upbeat when working with visitors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which made our trip so much easier. The location was perfect, right next to the subway station, giving us great access to the city. Everything about our experience was smooth and enjoyable.
