Don't do it!!
I did not end up staying. Upon check in I saw a sign advising that the elevator was not working and that I would need to take the stairs. I am disabled and unable to climb 4 flights of stairs, let alone with 2 pieces of luggage (I guess all of the rooms with 2 beds are on higher floors). I advised the woman working (Maya) and she apologized as she shrugged it off. I asked for a refund and she advised me I needed to speak to Expedia/hotels.com. I called and was advised I was going to lose one days rate. I explained the situation and they said they would call the hotel, after several tries from Expedia they advised me no one was answering. I advised Maya that it was Expediq/Hotels.com and she finally answered. She told them there was NO manager on duty except on the weekend, and most correspondence is done via email qnd sometimes via cell phone. An email was sent and not only did the manager refuse a partial refund, but a refund in general it seems because I received correspondencefrom Expediasaying the manager refused a refund. They hotel needs to make some repairs, obviously, upgrades for sure, staff that don't seem overwhelmed, and on-site management.
