Roaches day at the waterpark
I was very disappointed in the state of the hotel. The room was falling apart. Lights didn’t work. DIY fixes for scrapes and damage all over the room. Multiple large roaches came out of the tv console/fridge area. Up the walls. On the floor.

Don’t stay here
Me and my daughter got in barely after midnight because of our flight, we arrived and the staff informed us our reservation wasn’t valid. Because we were a “no show” Clearly they overbooked by several people since a few people after us came in with the same problem. They basically summed it up to first come first serve. We did get rebooked through hotels.com but coco keys couldn’t have cared less. We didn’t end up getting rebooked til 2 am.

Watch your shoes.
Our stay was ok, we were on a family getaway and had been to this resort a couple of years ago so gave it another try. Well when my grandson left the water park he forgot his Nike slides. When we went back to get them they were gone-someone stole them. Being on a vacation with limited space, thank god he had another pair of shoes. How terrible it is for someone to steal a little kids shoes. I even checked back to see if someone accidentally took them and returned them to the lost and found but apparently whoever took them needed them more.

Check in process is V E R Y slow. Took about 10 min each person. They only had one person working in morning and then 3 at peak time but still waited wayy too long. They need to update the slides and things as it was a bit concerning for what looked like duct tape holding some of the places together.

Fun, but not comfortable
Everything was pretty good. The rooms are spacious, the staff are great and the atmosphere is so fun! The major downsides are its near impossible to take a shower in the tub with the handheld showerhead, there was no hot water coming out of the shower and the pullout mattress was so thin, you could feel all of the springs. Because of these reasons, I would reconsider staying here again.

It’s great for families
Overall our stay was pleasant. The hospitality was above and beyond, from the check in, to the arcade room, the beautiful bar, breakfast attendance, and even the guest services for room service. I can’t say enough about them; they made our stay absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the drinks are great! My daughter had a blast in the pools, and loved her ice cream and game play. It’s number one place for kids. us adults highly enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at the bar. My only complaint of why I gave four stars is the rooms need TLC. Our beds were comfortable enough. Yet, the shower was difficult and didn’t get that hot. The door didn’t work well for the bathroom and the toilet was small. The room was hard to monitor correctly for the temperature, our room either felt damp and cold or sticky and hot. The TV was okay, can’t say much on that since we didn’t use it all that much. All in all the rooms just need updating. I can’t say much about the gym but it looked great! Offered a lot of things I do at my gym at home, I just didn’t have the time for it. We would definitely come again.

The room was good. But the room needs updates new lamps new furniture. Light fixture in bathroom also needs to be replaced. The bathtub needs new stopper and when you turned on water shower comes on it won't shut off.
