The room we had when we got there the tv didn’t work so the next morning I told them about it they checked it out the end up get us a different room. The room we got there was stuff in the bed a lot of the trim work was falling off the rooms need to be updated

Mackinaw, Michigan
Passing thru and was tired got a room with a hot tub that was dirty. Once we went in the room had no light had to use our cell flash light at this point we found the lights over the bed. The breakfast was no better but it was a room. Not sure if we would give them another change since we reported the issues and it seems it went unheard.

There aren't enough outlets in the room. While looking for one behind the night stand, I saw a lot of dust accumulated behind it. Not having an elevator made it difficult for me having to climb to the third floor.

I was able to get my room after a bit a snafu about which rooms were open. I guess the computer was not up to date on who was where when I was trying to check in. My room was nicely cleaned and I was told if I needed it cleaned, just let the front desk know. They helped me out when I had a problem with my CPAP not having all the connections (Thank you ladies!). The food for breakfast was good. The area was quiet for the most part until an unhappy hotel guest came to stay and had a very loud phone call (her problem, not theirs). They were great in having ferry tickets to the Island and having a shuttle come to pick me up. Over all, it was a nice week in a nice room.

Parking was inconvenient. Room was on the 4th floor, but the elevator only went to the 3rd floor. Breakfast was just okay. HOWEVER, the room was clean, opening to a private balcony overlooking the beach and lake. Opened the slider and had the best sleep of the trip (if you overlook a much needed renovation).
