We spent 3 weeks in Europe and Lancaster Hotel was by far one of the best ones. Everything from the service to the little details in our room were top notch. The staff was super helpful and kind. Organized our travel to and from the airport. Everything was super clean and loved the bed. So comfortable. Great location. Walked quite a bit and loved every minute of it. Excellent one night stay in Paris!
I have no words to describe how wonderful the staff at the Lancaster Hotel were. On arrival we were welcomed by Eric at the reception and the team. They were so helpful and accommodating. We were also upgraded to a bigger suite which was the stuff of dreams. We had a magical stay at this hotel and will definitely be back next time in Paris. From the reception to the restaurant to the door staff, everyone was friendly. It was a very special trip that we will remember for years to come.

My new favorite hotel in Paris. Not only is the hotel beautiful, well kept, and in the best location, but the staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. I was there for work for a week and my husband decided to join me for the weekend, we had been to Paris before so didn’t make any plans and just relied on the concierge - who made sure we had reservations at some very cool places every single night. Overall, amazing stay and highly recommend.

The experience was exceptional. Luxury without being pretentious! Front desk offered to show me a larger room for upgrade, but the one assigned was on the top floor with a balcony - so that was an easy decision. And from my balcony, we had a surprise view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was phenomenal - the food was delicious, dining room was beautiful but Benoit, his service made it memorable…he was so friendly, funny, and kind. The location is just off of Champ Elysees so made for easy shopping. I loved my stay here - exactly the Parisian experience I wanted - and can’t wait to come back!
