Never again Beware
We paid an extremely high rate for a side view of the tower in a 4 star hotel. The side view means you open both sides of the window,( freezing, raining or hot outside) Stick your head out of the window, turn and lean to see it. It was a joke but I crossed it off as a lesson learned but then at check in they told us the restaurant was closed and no room service because the one employee called in. The next day, the restaurant was again closed to private booking and no room service... no bar, nothing! The hotel refused to give us a partial refund even tho it was only a 2 star. Reception was constantly on personal phone calls and never able to assist during our stay. Tip: Book a company chain hotel that stands behind the services and property. Never again here tho

Lovely stay at an amazing hotel.
The team from the hotel were amazing, they pre-decorated the room with the upgrades (romantic getaway), champagne, chocolates, and flowers. The staff were keen to help us navigate the city.
