Wow! A real excitement killer 😭. Booked 2 rooms as they look so good on Hotel.com platform. But another case of one great property is let down by the people running it. Cleanliness was so bad that one could feel dust in every nook and corner of the rooms. Even you could breathe the dust in for fun 😂. I would date cleanliness is the worst part of this hotel with breakfast as the second worst. Location is good though.
Door wooden frame fell down upon closing the door 😂
One example of how dust was in every corner of the floor. Seems like never been vacuumed or cleaned.
Condition of couch besides the bed. Even someone having it home, must have disposed off by now.

Situated just outside the centre part of Antalya around 10 minutes walk straight down the road… good room clean and in a decent area. with a shop just cross the street. Staff are nice and speak alright English. Good value for money hotel and the breakfast is nice and simple. I would go back for sure

had a deeply disappointing experience at Afflon Hotels. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable throughout my stay, which made even basic communication and work difficult. The service overall was extremely poor, and to make matters worse, I was treated with open disrespect by a receptionist named Mohammed. In front of his manager, he outright said he didn’t care whether I was happy with my stay or not, and repeatedly laughed at me when I raised my concerns. This kind of unprofessional and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of service or courtesy.

Yatak berbat rahatsız. Check out yaptım. Otelden çıkışım 20 dakika sürdü , çünkü bir araba otopark tan çıkışı engelleyecek şekilde bırakılmış. Müşteri aracı çıktı. Benden istenen araç anahtarı hanımefendiden istenmemiş. Bu kadar bekletilmem????
