Didn’t expect that
We basically paid an expensive rate for an all inclusive hotel, turned out there was no shows, food was average and the a-la-cart restaurants were for extra charge, this maybe the 7 or 8th hotel we try on an all inclusive basis and by far the only bad one, extremely boring stay in an outdated environment, felt like w ether only people in the hotel in the fiat day and the second day were only a couple of football team players, thee gym and it’s equipments were the oldest I’ve seen in my life in a hotel, even the weights were rusty and torn, only a picture can explain that. I still don’t know why a hotel like this would charge more than 330$ for a night, while other 5 stars top rated hotels with all inclusive would charge around 200$

This trip was my first in many years to an all inclusive resort. For the most part it met my expectations. The hotel is very good for children's services/facilities; which was great as we have a 2yr old. This is very much a 'family' hotel; I wouldn't go if I wasn't travelling with children. Some things that could be improved: The room I had was just starting to look a little tired in places.. scuffs and scrapes. The quality of the inclusive drinks (cocktails) needs some improvement and some bar/lounge staff had not heard of some of the drinks on the menu. Stop using single use plastic, especially straws! Sure kids love them, but replace with paper ones. The quality of the food in the main inclusive restaurant is good, but not outstanding. There's no shellfish but there is a very wide variety of dishes of many cuisines available; much is produced fresh during service (no pork in Turkey). The kids parks.. Great climbing frames but the swings - fix them, they do not swing straight because all fixtures to frames are rusted and worn (which will happen fast with sea air) so starting to become unsafe)
