Would definitely stay again!
A beautiful quirky hotel with friendly staff. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated with a huge bath, shower and double sinks and a very comfortable bed.

Had an excellent first stay at this great hotel! It’s conveniently located, making it easy to get around London—just a few minutes from the tube. The staff were outstanding—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. I loved the boutique hotel experience—it felt so much more personal and charming compared to a large corporate chain. It truly added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, and we will absolutely be back!

Overnight stay for Royal Albert Hall show
Enjoyable stay with friendly service at check-in and breakfast buffet. Spacious and stylish deluxe double room which was quiet - apart from the occasional guests passing by from the elevator. Overall very pleased with our 1 night stay and would visit again.

King bed would have been better for size of room. Super king unnecessary. At breakfast unsweetened bread and normal yogurt would have been good.

Beautiful and eclectic hotel. We stayed in the drop dead gorgeous splash suite and was happy with the room. Could have been a little cleaner as there were mould spots around but overall pleasant stay

Great hotel in an excellent location. It was worth spending a little more for the room with balcony as I like to be able to have a cup of tea outside before getting ready for the day. Would definitely stay again.

Such a unique place with friendly staff. I won't give away the secrets but do try the lift. Oh and round the corner from South Kensington station, places to eat, and the Natural History Museum.
