Nice place two blocks away from Galata tower.The check in is made in the building next door which is a hotel and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Its a good price for what you get. A big and clean room.

I suggest all of you don't stay in this hotel as there staff is not friendly and they have me room outside the hotel and didn’t do the housekeeping all that days I stay they dont have proper internet connection as. Well .

Rooms Broken

Not a good stay, water leaking into the bedroom through the wall of the bathroom when taking a shower. Didn’t give any big towels. The shower head holder was broken. Ants in the room. Overall, not good.

Disappointing

NOT recommended! I booked 2 different rooms, one for 3 people, and the other for 4. The room which was supposed to be for 3 people was not available, I was given a room for 2 instead of 3. That was not the end of it, the room was under construction, the window was on the floor, the door card didn't work and one of the 3 people had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. The only thing they did was a 15 euro discount only for one night for that room, which is nothing compared to the 60 euro per night (3 nights) I paid.

Awful

Booked one big family room but instead had to stay in 2 rooms and not next door either. My children had to stay in a separate room on the floor beneath, filthy towels, no towel rail, bath mat and no hand towel. Description says toiletries provided but only bars of soap provided, there was a safe but it wasn't fixed, one of the hosts was rude, was told water would be sent to my room but this never happened and when i went downstairs to get some, the person at reception had changed and made us pay for water. Also no lift so had to walk up many flights of stairs, they did help take the luggage up the stairs but in the way down had to do this myself and the light at the top fight of stairs wasn't working so a bit dodgy going up or down the stairs which were spiralled.

Eksiler - Personel ilgisiz - Biz 2 ayrı çift kişilik yataklı bir otel odası aldık, içeride fotoğraftakinin aksine 2 ayrı yatak odası ve tek banyo vardı fakat yatak odalarından birinde sadece yatağın kılpayı sığacağı kadar bir alan vardı yani petek ve dolap yoktu - Odadaki televizyon çalışmıyor - Klozet kapağı ve duş başlığını taktığınız yer kırıktı - 2 klima için tek kumanda var ama klimaları çalıştırıp istediğiniz ayara getirmesi çok zor - Petekler çok iyi yanıyor fakat yinede geceleri soğuk oluyor - Ses yalıtımı yok, diğer odalardaki ses direkt size geliyor Artılar - Metro ve vapura çok yakın kolaylıkla istediğiniz yere ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz - Galata kulesine 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olduğu için restoran ve marketler ayağınızın altında - Bakımsız ama arkadaşlarla zaman geçirmeye uygun bir terası var Sonuç olarak sadece gelip uyumalık bir yer çok beklentiye girmeyin. Bütçeniz kısıtlı ve standartlarınız düşükçe tercih edilebilir.

Yatak çarşafı, yastık kılıfı, yorgan temiz değildi. Yatağın üzerinde vücut kıllar vardı. Yorgan lekeliydi. Banyo havluları temiz değildi, kullanılmıştı saç teli üzerinde duruyordu. Çarşafların değiştilimesi talrbimize rağmen aynıları geri getirildi. Resimde gösterilen standart oda ile aynı oda değildi. Yatağın bir ayağı kırıktı ve konforsuzdu.

Odalar kesinlikle fotoğraftaki gibi değil ilk başta kötü bir odaya aldı ısrarlarım sonucu odayı değişti 2. Oda da duş başlığı ve tv bozukdu resepsiyona bir tane suriyeli koymuşlar ilk başta yapacak birşey yok zaten 20 Euro vermişsin tarzı konuştu uslubü çok yanlıştı en son tekrar ısrar ettim değişti yine odayı bu sefer oda iyiydi ama sabah 8-9 dan sonra elektrik gitti bence bilerek aşağıdan şanteli kapattı şu bile vermiyorlar resepsiyondan bişey istediğinde sabır çekiyor resmen adamı katil eder o otel kimseye asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum KENDİSİNE SAYGISI OLAN O OTELE GİTMEZ

Daha önce hizmetinden memnun olduğum ve çok elverişli bir konuma sahip otele tekrar gelmek istedim ve geldim. Bana verilen Oda 904'ün banyosundaki gider tıkalı ve duş başlığına su yeterli basınçta gelmiyordu çünkü kablosu çeşitli yerlerden delinmiş. Personele söylediğimde yarın değiştiririz şimdilik idare edin diye cevap geliyor ben ise "yarın" zaten gidiyorum. Odalardaki araç gereçlerin düzenli kontrol edilmesi gerekirdi
