There was only one issue when something that was being held behind the front desk was mishandled. This was not what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber, otherwise we had a great stay. Without this incident I would rate this a perfect stay but unfortunately this put a stain on our stay.

Estambul’s best hotel.
FER hotel location is excellent, at a walking distance to the major historic and faith sites like Saint Sofia Mosque, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar as well as the tramway station to move all around Estambul. The personnel was very helpful. I highly recommend the FER Hotel.

Great place to stay.
Overall experience was very good. Hotel personnel with very high standards of customer service. Nicely kept common areas and amenities. Having a late flight the staff was sensible to allow us late check out. Only suggestion is bathroom storage space limited due to size of area.
