Where do I start..from the moment we stepped in at 8 am in the morning, they accommodated my request for an early check in since we had kids and were exhausted from a long journey and they even gave us breakfast. From there onwards it has just been a brilliant stay for 8 days. The hospitality, kindness, family ambiance we received was incredible! (Complete opposite to the general public of Turkey). All the staff from Enver, Sezarn, Farooq, Ayaz, Arif, Fathima, Nargis were extremely welcoming...

Thanks to the front desk staff at the hotel - Arafat and Crew. They also make sure that we are well taken care of in our favourite themed room. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Their breakfast is now also served on the 6th - beautiful views over the city. Tried their oat porridge this time round… hooked… takes me back to childhood days. Their insights and guidance to sights/events within the city, invaluable.
