Not the same standard as Hilton CP in the UK
Not sure where to start, from finding hair in our towels on daily basis to toiletries and cups not being replaced daily. The only staff that spoke English were at the reception, the reception staff were helpful but did looked puzzled when asked for cups and toiletries and clean towels. We had a day when room was not cleaned even though we have requested the room to be cleaned. Strong smell of pot smoking in corridors, lifts, outside the hotel, guests arguing all night and dogs barking. The parking smelled of urine and people used it as a dump site, we saw a TV being left in the parking as well as urine bottles. The only thing the hotel has going for is the location, it is 5 minutes away from Disney Springs and about 15 minutes away from outlet shopping centre. For British travellers this is rated as a 4 star Hilton Crowne Plaza, however it is nothing like the standard of Hilton Crowne Plaza in the UK.

HOTEL charging “resort” fees
Be careful! They will charge you extra fees noted when you book the reservation. When I booked and paid in full, it was noted that I would only be charged $10 a check in for self parking. They actually charged me $22.50 for a resort fee. This is a HOTEL not a resort, and a run down hotel at that. I felt icky the whole time I was in the room. You could barely open the balcony door, the room smelled moldy and was very humid (I live in FL so I know how the humidity is). There was no blow dryer in the room and only 2 wash cloths even though we had 4 people in the room. The beds were comfortable but there were stains on the sheets of my son’s bed. The carpet is black so you cant tell how filthy it is, but my kids socks were black after walking around on it. The hotel just feels dirty and they are definitely taking advantage of people charging a resort fee with no amenities other than any other basic hotel would offer. I would never stay here again, there are tons of way better options. I book this because of the price, but after the resort fee was added (and not specified prior to booking), I could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Please skip this place and find somewhere else to stay!!

Never experienced anything like this..
It was a great check in experience. The front desk lady was nice. The room was presentable. From that Saturday afternoon to Monday morning, the people next door had a dog they left in the room and it barked and howled all day and night long.. I could barely sleep.. I have videos of it as well.. on Sunday afternoon, I was in the bathroom when I seen a roach crawl from the room next door. I immediately shook my luggage out because it was beside that door.. I have never experienced anything like that.. even tho the hotel was somewhat clean and all, I didn’t travel many miles to hear a dog bark all day and night and to have roaches in my room. Very disappointed.. hope they fix things because I didn’t sleep comfortably after seeing the roach..

This place is horrible !!!
They consider this place a resort ....ITS NOT !!! The pool area was nothing like the picture and we did not use it at all . The whole area around it was dirty and desperately needed painting. When we asked 1 certain front desk lady a question about a location and how far it was she replied "I dont know but theres some brochures over there" THAT WAS A MISTAKE because the timeshare man jumped right in trying to sell a timeshare after we already said no several times. The fridge did not get cold and we reported it and nothing was done during our stay. We NEVER HAD OUR ROOM CLEANED OR MADE DURING OUR 5 DAYS we had to ask for towels and they set them outside our door in a clear trash bag tied up. The resort fee is ridiculous, the service needed much improvement and the people.smoking outside the front door was unacceptable. You pay $10 a day for parking in a dark parking spot praying your car is not broken into during the night. We left nothing in our vehicles and this is no exaggeration...one night we couldnt even get a parking spot so we parked in front of building and told front desk there is no parking, she had no reply !!! Later we moved it when we saw open spots because we could partially see from our room. Last stay for me for sure !!! GOOD LUCK

So disappointing....Crowne Plaza....what a disappointment. Extra charge for a resort fee, and yet cannot provide hot water for a morning shower. Welcome to the third world at Orlando's CROWN PLAZA. I deserve a refund --- it's no resort. Stay away.
