The property is very clean and well-maintained. However, I found the bathtub in the room I stayed in to be potentially hazardous. While soaping, it became very slippery, and I narrowly avoided falling twice. This could pose a serious risk, especially for elderly guests or children. Additionally, the shower water never heated up, and I had to bathe in cold water.
Unfortunately, I also experienced poor customer service. The staff did not greet guests or say good morning, which reflects poorly on the overall hospitality. During check-out, I asked a staff member a question, and her response was unprofessional and unpleasant. As someone who works in customer service, I found this behavior unacceptable. I did not catch her name, but I strongly suggest reviewing staff training to ensure respectful and courteous interactions with all guests.
