This hotel was extremely well maintained. The service at the front deck was very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is across from Universal Studios. My only complaint would be the $33 charge for parking. It seems that all the Orlando hotels are doing this. If I’m staying in your hotel, parking should be complementary.

Great stay
While this hotel is older it's in very good condition. Rooms are very spacious & clean. Staff is excellent. Standard amenities. Can get a little noisy if there are young children staying nearby. Best part is the easy walk/access to Universal Studios Resort. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, quiet hotel. Our beds were nice to sleep on and the room was clean. Cleaning crew pays attention to little details like keeping the baseboards wiped down. The only thing I could complain about is the carpeting. It’s not overly worn but did give off a slight odor, but it wasn’t unpleasant.

The stay was great. The only issue I encountered is that the property advertises early admission to Universal Studios. What isn't transparent is that you have to book the stay through the park to get it. That should be included as we found out too late that we didn't have early admission.

NYE stay
Stayed here for NYE at Universal Studios. It was convenient, and is about a mile walk to the park itself (if you stay later than the shuttles run, you can still make it back) Check in to a little longer than usual as they seemed to have only one person working the desk, but the hotel itself is clean and very well maintained!
