Perfect location to explore the West End/SOHO

the Thistle Piccadilly is perfectly located, and made for a nice weekend stay in London - we found the hotel comfortable and clean, with helpful staff. Despite being in a central location, it had good noise protection as well.

Brilliant hotel in a great location.

The very lovely lady on reception was excellent. She looked on the system for the best room and gave us one with a great view of Leicester Square(307!) The room itself was very comfortable with a very large bed. The buffet breakfast was again excellent with a large variety of food on offer. The staff there were friendly and efficient. The location couldn't be better, with an easy walk to Covent Garden. We will be back next year!

Needs updating, but great location.

I know they are in the process of renovating, but we had an older junior suite. It was as clean as they could make it, but def old. Musty smell if you don’t run the AC. Can’t be the location.

Room was not clean, housekeeping was very poor. The smell of industrial carpet cleaner was overwhelmning. A reported issue was not dealt with.
After our first night we reported an air vent in the bathroom that was on constantly. This was the hotel response. We removed it that evening as we were concerned about a fire risk due to veing beside the hot light. The vent was not repaired.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location in Piccadilly , east to walk to. Staff so welcoming and swift check in and out. Rooms very clean and quiet, my room was super spacious nice large bed and complimentary water. The lady who was cleaning was a delight and offered to help fasten my dress I was struggling with for an event later that morning before check out. Highly recommended! Stayed for past 3 years when needs be.

We had matinee tickets to see Wicked that day so that was a tremendous help and gesture on their part. Very much appreciative of the staff’s consideration and understanding. I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during a work trip to London and had a wonderful experience. It’s in the heart of the city and tourist area, yet quiet and relaxing—perfect after a long day. It was also very close to my office. The staff were fantastic, especially Malik and Khadijah, who were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My family joined me for the last four days, and they loved it too. Highly recommend, especially for colleagues traveling to our London office. I’ll definitely be back!

A good location to stay for Leicester Square. The hotel reminds me of Travelodge. Ie basic, however, useful. The date I stayed was reasonably priced so it was good value for money. I would prefer to stay somewhere more comfortable, but the location, again, can't be beaten.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel bedrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. The position of the hotel is excellent for walking to the theatre. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We are going to London twice more this year and will definitely stay at the Thistle Hotel in Piccadilly.
