My room was dusty and it had a strong musty smell. The cleaner also didn’t leave any toiletries. We checked in late close to 10p one would figure it would give them enough time to go back and finish getting the room ready.

Even setbacks are fixable
It was ok, our room keys were mixed up and one set didn't work at first. We had to go get them re done at the front desk. I had trouble in the beginning of my booking due to a third party misinformation about connecting rooms and had to do a bunch of extra calls and emails just to get what I paid for. The staff was plesent when I got there but over the phone was the most difficult and disappointing experience/part of the experience.
