The staff at the hotel were so nice and so helpful! They did all that we asked. The housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The front desk did a great job getting us stuff we needed and helped us feel very safe and cared about.

Excellent Room for the Price

This was a fantastic room for the price. I love white linens on the bed and the room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, especially since it’s included. This is truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been in and I’ve experienced a lot with travel sports. Don’t judge by the surrounding neighborhood because once you go inside it’s very nice.

The girl who checked up in was awesome. It was nice she was so attentive and friendly, especially working the late shift. We've stayed here numerous times but haven't been they're in a couple of years. Was surprised to see that a large portion of the parking lot was reserved for EV's only and now they charge for regular parking which was new. I guess if you're driving a gas vehicle you get to pay for the upgrades for the EV drivers. Next time I'll stay at another hotel.

When arriving hotel looked fine but once we got to the room my kids discovered dirty sheets , the reception gladly gave me a different room unfortunately there was hair in the pillow case and she attempted to give me another room and the blankets had stains in them as well . One of the beds looked like they had make . The staff was nice ,breakfast was ok. Rooms were small for big families and not clean

We Did Stay at a Holiday Inn Express

We enjoyed two nights at this hotel, conveniently located next to the 405. The beds were comfortably firm, and the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and parking was the cheapest we've seen in this part of LA.
