The place was clean, however depending on what room you pay for you could be on the opposite side of the hotel separate from the beech and main pool area, the view is also not great on the opposing building. The sink in the bathroom drained very poorly but the room was neat and orderly. The gym is also very nice. I would happily stay here again for the price in comparison to the surrounding options. Watch the surprise $45 resort fee per day.

STAY AWAY

Dirty! Terrible service and they tell you that amenities that are on your receipt are not available due to booking here. Ocean view isn’t actually an ocean view. Total rip off. Photo of our window was ocean view. Staff was so rude the manager Peter said He was refunding us…they did not. Sad. The place could be great.

Location and amenities are good. Prices of food/bevs are very high $$$. Staff were overall friendly and nice. Our room was in building 3 and was very musty, pretty unbearably so (I am allergic to mold). I complained, stated my allergy, and requested another room but was told there were no other rooms available (even though the website and hotels.com showed availability. The solution was for someone to come spray disinfectant which helped a little but I could tell the smell was coming from the vents. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in the room.
