Lovely staff, great food & facilities
I booked this hotel super last minute after my original accommodation was awful on arrival. I reserved with the pay later option and when I arrived at the hotel requested to see the room before payment to ensure I would feel comfortable there. The staff were more than happy to accommodate me and gave me a tour of the facilities as well! The included breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I ordered room service and it too was really tasty and reasonably priced! The location is great, really close to the shopping centre and some great restaurants (and a really good and cheap pastel shop). The rooms do need a little TLC but nothing major at all and were still very modern and decently clean. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely stay there again in future.

Fabulous buffet breakfast, good restaurant and very good service. Great location - one of the best areas of the city. Only a few blocks’ walk to a very nice shopping mall - Pátio Savassi Mall. This is my second stay here at Hotel Vivenzo.
